A few minutes ago Phil Shciller Apple Marketing, announced the first and only hardware announcement (yes no iPhone Nano here). The 17-inch MacBook Pro, is the 2.4cm thin, 3Kg, and is the world’s lightest and thinnest 17-inch notebook. There’s a 17-inch LED backlit display, 1920×1200. “This is the best display we’ve ever shipped in a notebook.” 700:1 contrast ratio, 60% greater color gamut than the previous 17-inch display. - Steve Job’s health, people are pointing out that Steve’s health is deteriorating since he will not show up for a keynote speech this year.
