Hello Adel, welcome to Egyptian Apple, in order to have cydia or installer on your iPhone you need to “jailbreak” your iPhone. Unfortunately firmware 2.2 was just release yesterday meaning it will take some time before the hacking community tests an upgraded hacking tool to jailbreak firmware 2.2, stay tuned to the dev team blog for the tool http://blog.iphone-dev.org

Hey Adel,
Here’s your guide to jailbreak your phone (get cydia and installer) but this option is only available if you have a mac till now:

You have another option until a windows version is available, and that is downloading apps from iTunes.
You make an App Store Account for free and download the apps to your computer then synchronize them with your iPhone.
There will be posts by tomorrow isA giving you instructions on doing everything you need to get cool apps.. Check by then..
