I was really a loyal customer for 6 years now for your company but this because all I was doing is just dealing with the biggest mobile carrier in the whole world which I was really proud, but when I have a problem I really was treated as any one else or that what I think , it was a great disappointment for me to a great company like you, have all this complicated system which obviously says my way or the high way that what are you doing .The problem was like that I bought an iphone from your store in Tanta but it turns to be different from the other iphones the home screen button was so slow and dose not havethe same touch of the other iphone , that was really clear to all the staff in your great store when they compare it with the iphone they have in the store so at first the sales called Ibrahim said I must go to (apple best) buy to see what is wrong with it, then I called my personal sponsor that clarified to me that I must get back to the store to solve this problem , when I went , after too much talking and negotiation the great solution had appear that I must leave my iphone for at least from 4 to 6 working days to make the technical see if the problem in my iphone is really matter or not so I need another phone from you, its your fault not mine its your phone not mine I bought the iphone from you not apple, you cant support me with an instant solution like you do with the lines so don’t go there don’t do something which looks bad for a company as big as your company , and here the mobile I am talking about it , here is the most expensive mobile you are selling and I bought it also I am a Vodafone one customer all off this, and you cant solve my problem , why I will leave my 4000 LE mobile for any number of days, why I will not receive my emails for this long because you have something wrong in the device I bought it from you , what is that , really I am upset from Vodafone the company I was really proud to be a part of it but now after the 20 and something million customer you have , I think you don’t need any more customer or that what I felt , or I think I was thinking of Vodafone really bigger than any other carrier in the whole world , but here in Egypt by this way I don’t think big is the best description to Vodafone if it cant support a product distributed under its name , for notice I sent an earlier email to the customer service on Vodafone web site but the answer was an E-respond that never said or done more than thanks for using the web page of Vodafone , also we have a major problem in Tanat we don’t have a good coverage which turns it’s a general problem not mine , so please like you treat the Vodafone staff you have which is very loyal to the company , treat me half of that cause I was a really loyal customer and please help me really help me if you read this mail.

wow, you’re really pissed off. And you have the right to be. Have you tried emailing them or calling customer support? Usually the in store support are not knowledgeable enough. I believe you’re qualified for a replacement, not a fix.
